The concierge can explain and organize information, but it cannot diagnose, prescribe, or replace a licensed clinician.
Education first. Clinical decisions stay clinical.
Future Self helps you understand options and organize your health record. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide emergency care.

Only an independent licensed clinician can determine whether a prescription is appropriate for you.
Wearable readings, wellness scores, photos, and trend summaries may be incomplete and are not diagnostic measurements.
Do not use Future Self for an emergency
The Future Self concierge, support inbox, and messaging channels are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. Do not wait for a response from Future Self before seeking urgent care.
The concierge is educational and administrative
Future Self uses AI to organize information, explain general health and wellness topics, help you navigate your record, and support administrative coordination. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
Nothing generated by the concierge is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or a personalized treatment plan. Do not start, stop, or change a medication, dose, supplement, or treatment based on AI output alone. Discuss questions with a qualified licensed clinician who knows your circumstances.
Independent licensed clinicians make clinical decisions
Future Self is a technology and concierge service. It is not itself a healthcare provider or pharmacy and does not direct clinical judgment or pharmacy dispensing.
Where clinical services are available, any prescription decision is made by an independent licensed clinician based on the information available to that clinician, applicable law, and the clinician’s professional judgment. Placing an order or submitting payment does not guarantee a prescription, dispensing, or a particular outcome. Any cancellation or refund is governed by the terms shown for the specific order, including applicable clinician, pharmacy, and fulfillment policies.
Evidence, risks, and regulatory status vary
Research on peptides and other wellness products varies substantially by compound, formulation, use, and patient. Educational content may summarize published research, but no summary can establish that a product is safe, effective, or appropriate for you.
Some products discussed through the Service may be compounded, investigational, or not FDA-approved for the use being discussed. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Product-specific risks, potential benefits, alternatives, contraindications, and monitoring should be reviewed with the independent licensed clinician and dispensing pharmacy.
No outcome is guaranteed. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease unless expressly approved and labeled for that purpose.
Wearables, scans, labs, and photos have limits
Connected-device readings, face-scan estimates, wellness scores, lab imports, photos, and trend summaries may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by the source device and how it was used. They are not medical devices or diagnostic measurements unless expressly stated.
Changes shown in a dashboard cannot by themselves prove that a peptide, medication, supplement, or other intervention caused an improvement or decline. Do not use tracking features for emergency decisions or as a substitute for clinical evaluation and confirmatory testing.
Provide complete information and report problems
Provide accurate and complete health, medication, allergy, and contact information. Update important changes promptly, follow the instructions provided by the prescribing clinician and dispensing pharmacy, and use products only as labeled for you.
Contact the appropriate clinician or pharmacy if you experience side effects, have a dosing question, or believe information in your record is wrong. For severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, seek emergency care immediately.
We can help route the right question
For account, billing, privacy, or technical help, visit Support or email care@futureselfrx.ai. Support and the AI concierge cannot change a prescription or override an independent clinician or pharmacy.
