Your profile, conversations, labs, photos, and wearable readings are used to provide the service—not to build advertising audiences.
Your health story belongs to you.

Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how Superstar Wellness, operating as Future Self RX (“Future Self,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you use futureselfrx.ai, the Future Self web or mobile experience, the AI concierge, iMessage features, quizzes, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Future Self is designed for adults in the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and contact data: name, email address, phone number, authentication details, and communication preferences.
- Health and intake data: goals, symptoms, medical history, conditions, medications, supplements, allergies, measurements, pregnancy-related answers, treatment interests, and provider-intake responses.
- Content and communications: messages with the concierge or support, documents, lab results, progress photos, voice or image content you choose to provide, and notes you save.
- Orders and billing: order history, payment status, shipping details, and limited card descriptors such as brand, expiration date, and last four digits. Stripe hosts the card-entry fields; Future Self does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
Information collected from connected services
If you choose to connect a wearable, health platform, laboratory source, or other integration, we receive the categories you authorize, which may include activity, sleep, heart rate, recovery, body measurements, and lab data. You can disconnect supported sources from the Service or the source provider.
Technical and usage data
We collect device and browser type, IP address, timestamps, pages or screens viewed, referral and campaign information, cookie or similar identifiers, crash data, and interactions needed to secure, operate, measure, and improve the Service.
Why we use information
- Provide, personalize, and secure your account, health record, concierge, reminders, and progress tools.
- Answer questions, organize intake information, and maintain continuity across web, mobile, and messaging channels.
- At your direction, coordinate with independent licensed clinicians, pharmacies, laboratories, and fulfillment providers.
- Process and support purchases you authorize, prevent fraud, and maintain billing records.
- Deliver transactional, care-coordination, safety, service, and—where you opt in—marketing communications.
- Debug, evaluate, and improve reliability, safety, accessibility, and product performance.
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, and protect people and the Service.
Analytics, cookies, and advertising
Our public marketing pages and funnels use cookies and similar technologies to understand visits, attribute campaigns, measure conversions, and improve outreach. Depending on the page and action, advertising or analytics providers may receive a page URL, device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers, interaction events, selected service category, and—when you submit a lead—contact information that may be hashed before server-side matching.
We do not intentionally send private concierge messages, lab results, medication lists, progress photos, or wearable readings to advertising platforms. Legal and Support pages do not load the Meta Pixel.
You can limit browser cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking some technologies may affect attribution or certain public-site features, but it does not prevent you from using core account privacy controls. Where applicable law gives you additional opt-out rights, you may exercise them by emailing care@futureselfrx.ai.
How AI processing works
Future Self uses AI systems to organize information, generate educational responses, support navigation, and help maintain continuity. Relevant prompts, conversation content, and uploaded content may be processed by AI and infrastructure providers acting as service providers under contractual restrictions.
We do not authorize those providers to use your private content to train general-purpose models for their own purposes. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription. Clinical decisions belong to an independent licensed clinician.
HIPAA and other health-privacy rules
Future Self is generally a technology and concierge service and is not itself a healthcare provider, pharmacy, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse. HIPAA therefore may not apply to all information you place in the Service. When Future Self handles protected health information on behalf of a HIPAA-covered clinician, pharmacy, or other covered entity under a business-associate agreement, that information is handled under the applicable agreement and law.
Other consumer-health privacy and breach-notification laws may apply even where HIPAA does not, including rules that can cover health apps and connected-device data. We treat identifiable health information as sensitive, apply safeguards designed for that sensitivity, and provide access and deletion controls subject to legal exceptions.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, monitoring, and separation of payment-card entry through Stripe. No online service can promise perfect security.
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by data type and context. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or isolate it as appropriate. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before cycling out.
If we discover a breach that triggers notification duties, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
Access, correction, deletion, and communications
From your Future Self profile you can update information, manage reminders, download a portable JSON export, disconnect supported data sources, and submit an account-deletion request. A deletion request immediately suppresses Future Self outreach while the request is processed. Some information may be retained where required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, transaction, or regulated-recordkeeping purposes.
Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to Future Self, you may also have rights to know or access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, receive a portable copy, opt out of certain sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, appeal a decision, and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
California residents may submit requests regarding the categories or specific pieces of personal information collected, correction, deletion, and applicable sale/sharing or sensitive-information choices. We will verify requests as reasonably necessary and may deny or limit a request where an exception applies. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
Submit a request in your profile or email care@futureselfrx.ai. To stop marketing texts, reply STOP. Transactional or legally required messages may continue where permitted.
Children, changes, and contact
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a person under 18 provided information, contact us.
We may update this Policy as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised version and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected information, we will provide additional notice where required.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to care@futureselfrx.ai or started through our Support page.
